Chateau 5135 is a private indoor/ outdoor venue that can accommodate a range of private reservations up to 100 guest.
Cancellation Policy?
- Cancellations submitted 30 days before the event start time will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
- Cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time will receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
- Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are non refundable.
Rules and Policies:
- Outside food is allowed.
- Alcohol is allowed with hired security.
- Security cameras and recording devices on site.
- Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
- Please leave Chateau 5135 decor and equipment on site.
- No smoking allowed inside of the building.
- Any damage to the facility will forfeit your deposit.
Cleaning / Damages
Cleaning fee is $100 per event, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. All small and/or hard-to-clean materials require approval from the company representative. A additional cleaning fee may apply.
